The beer nerd behind Ale Affair.

Ale Affair started as a way to channel my obsession with hops, history, and the perfect pub pint. I’ve always loved how beer brings people together, sparks conversation, and occasionally makes you question your life choices after three too many.

Expect everything from weird beer history and tasting tips to pub travel guides and the occasional beer-fuelled quiz. I write like I talk: casually, a bit nerdy, and occasionally too passionate about glassware.

I’m based in South London, UK. When I’m not writing about beer, I’m probably hunting it down in a pub garden, visiting a new brewery, or plotting an ill-advised stout pairing with chocolate cake.
